I cannot imagine a worse WH response. All the orangutard had to do was replicate Obama's response. Obama declared it a public health emergency weeks before the US saw a single death and H1N1 was far more deadly. His declaration came when there were but 20 cases in the US and zero deaths.

 

Looks like Nancy Pelosi to me. That is, Nancy Pelosi on vacation. Which of course, she is.
