  1. Natalie, could you post a file of your calculations? Meanwhile, I'm off to spend half the night on acrary's thread reference. (There goes American Idol :()

Sure. I'm going to take a different approach to this first though, because I'm suspicious of the results and can't find the errors.

So I'm going to build a spread sheet with several 'scenarios' in it and the corresponding results, and I'll post that instead. If you can give me a bit of time for that it would be much aprreciated. :)

    Good luck unravalling Acrary's post.

Wow - every time you post you certainly make me think long and hard...

I know it's a bit off topic and dumb, but could you give me some ideas about correct pyramiding? I mean, is pyramiding all about scaling in while keeping risk a constant from the start?

    Thanks.

  9. Frankly, piramiding and risk management sound a bit self-contradictory to me, so I would also like to know how to do this safely. Not that I have a real need to do so right now, but just curious.

  10. depends on style, blah blah blah. scalpers can have higher wins but you cant make 5, 5, 5, lose 20, whereas if you momentum or swing, you better let your winners run enough b/c you are going to let them go against you a little more
personally i use all tehse methods and always work on improving w/l and p/l...
