Would this be the same "homeland security act" that passed by a 90-9 margin in 2002 in the democrat controlled senate???

 

It was 49 Democrats /49 Republicans when it passed Nov 22nd but the independent sided with the Democrats so you got that one


3 days later on Nov 25th it was 50 Republicans /48 Democrats,I was off by 3 days

 

And you consider that a significant difference?
