Better check your law. Common areas in a PUC are owned by all the property owners. You are also required to pay maintenance fees to upkeep the common property.

So yes.. it is his land and he does 'own' it... at least in part.

Based on the evidence at this point, it is going to be very difficult to find a jury of 12 people to convict Zimmerman of murder.

There are two fundamental problems in this case that are going to derail a conviction IMO:

First, the prosecutor over-charged. A more appropriate charge would be manslaughter. Most juries will look at the definition of murder and not convict in this case.

Second, the narrative of this case will come down to if Martin attacked Zimmerman first or if Zimmerman assaulted Martin first. There are no eye-witnesses to the initial assault so this will come down to what the jury believes, and based on the Zimmerman's obvious injuries they will probably give him the benefit of the doubt.

The question of Zimmerman following Martin from his SUV and if that is considered stalking or intimidation is not a factor. By law I have the right to follow someone in my neighborhood and ask them a question. In the same manner they have a right to walk in my neighborhood. Unless someone tells me to stop following them or they will call the cops then there is nothing legally can be applied from a 'stalking' perspective. Nor is it even a factor in the prosecution for the murder charge .

Aren't those usually minimum wage jobs?

    Complete and utter nonsense.

Deaths and injuries from mass public shootings fall dramatically after right-to-carry concealed handgun laws are enacted. Between 1977 and 1995, the average death rate from mass shootings plummeted by up to 91% after such laws went into effect, and injuries dropped by over 80%.

In Texas, citizens with concealed carry permits are 14 times less likely to commit a crime. They are also five times less likely to commit a violent crime.

People with concealed carry permits are:
    • 5.7 times less likely to be arrested for violent offenses than the general public
    • 13.5 times less likely to be arrested for non-violent offenses than the general public

1)Do you EVER have any REAL facts to use in making your case? Or do you just make up everything?

2)Do you even know what a SYG law is for?

3)Just because occasionally an idiot abuses a SYG law doesn't mean we need to rescind them. Like you, they didn't understand the law to begin with.

  6. A broken nose is not a "story" neither is a bleeding face, lacerations and only bruised knuckles/gunshot for Trayvon. Trayvon was clearly kicking the shit out of Zimmerman and Zimmerman shot him.

  7. In your opinion it should be legal to start a fight with someone and be able to kill them if they start kicking your ass ?

  8. There is not a single witness nor will there be who can say who threw the first punch. Since there is no such thing the presumption of innocence covers Zimmerman's ass.
