Can you bruise after death?

No. Bruises occur when blood escapes a vein, but does not escape the skin. Bruises can't occur when no blood is flowing.


Note that this also holds true in regards to bruises occuring directly before death. Unless the bruise had time to show up on the skin (usually takes many minutes if not more than an hour) then it will not appear after death.

 

Do you think that George Zimmerman punched himself to cause his injuries? At this point it is obvious that Trayvon punched Zimmerman multiple times. Any reasonable person on a jury will certainly believe this based on the evidence at this point. The only question will be who punched who first.

Orlando’s WFTV-TV confirmed Tuesday the autopsy results on Martin showed the skin on his knuckles was broken — details that comes alongside a new medical report that said Zimmerman had two black eyes, a nose fracture and cuts to the back of his head after the altercation.

“It goes along with Zimmerman’s story that he acted in self-defense, because he was getting beaten up by Trayvon Martin,” WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer told the station.

Zimmerman attorney Mark O’Mara declined to comment to WFTV about the autopsy evidence.



Zimmerman has said that before he shot and killed Martin, the 17-year-old punched him and broke his nose and knocked him to the ground.

The broken skin on his knuckles and the fatal gunshot wound were the only injuries the autopsy report showed.

Still, Sheaffer said there could be another potential explanation: “It could be consistent with Trayvon either trying to get away or defend himself.”

Not really who punch who first. I think is about did George Zimmerman stalk and provoke. So George's lawyer know the video show George look stalk, and the video show lies. So they ask to have Trayvon's school records to make Trayvon look very bad to take the focus away from George. So if they want to do that, then Trayvon's lawyer can show George have drugs in his body. Drugs with the very bad effects of aggression.

The U.S. National Library of Medicine cautions that, after taking Temazepam, patients should not be walking around trying to watch anything or anyone and that, if they do not sleep for at least 7-8 hours after taking the drug, they may experience memory loss.
Zimmerman was also on the commonly prescribed drug Adderall, which is known to cause “worsening mental or mood problems (eg, aggression, anxiety, delusions, depression, hallucination, hostility),” according to Drugs.com. Adderall is prescribed for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or narcolepsy. Both Temazepam and Adderall are medications that can cause problematic side effects including agitation and mood swings.

Why does the USA law for the guns let people on the prescription drugs for mental disorder have the gun?

 

So what, Zimmerman is on trial for being immature or something? You can't use any of that in court, it has nothing to do with the particular incident under scrutiny... What is up with this anyhow, the "get out the Black vote by reminding them to hate Whitey" thingy has come and gone, the election is over...
