Florida woman switched multiple voters’ party affiliations from Democrat to Republican — without their knowledge

A Florida woman is under investigation for submitting fake voter registration information that switched the party affiliation of voters, according to a report from NBC Connecticut. Early voting for Florida’s presidential primary on March 17 started Thursday.

Cheryl A. Hall, who worked for an organization that helped register voters, turned herself in to authorities this Thursday. She has been charged with 10 felony counts of submission of false voter registration information. According to reports, she filed 119 false voter registration applications.

Hall is reportedly a registered Republican.

“Voters begin calling here last week, telling us that they had begun receiving new voter information cards from our office indicating that had been changes from registered Democrats to registered Republican Party members,” Lake County Supervisor of Elections Alan Hays told WFTV. “Voters denied filling out that form that would make that change.”

Hall posted a $20,000 bond and was released from jail.

Project Veritas has been exposing Democrats cheating in US elections. They do not even try and hide it. What they say instead, is they have been cheating for a long time and not about to stop now. Which is why they object to voter ID laws not because it would disenfranchise people but, expose illegals (foreigners) and dead people voting in US elections.

Prosecutors have charged nine people with a dozen felony counts for allegedly offering money and cigarettes to homeless people on Skid Row in exchange for false and forged signatures on ballot petitions and voter registration forms, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced today.

Deputy District Attorney Marian Thompson of the Public Integrity Division said five of nine defendants are expected to be arraigned this morning in Department 30 of the Foltz Criminal Justice Center.

The charges include circulating a petition with false names; use of false names on a petition; voter fraud, registering a fictitious person; and voter fraud, registering a nonexistent person. Case BA472537 was filed for arrest warrant on Nov. 1.

The defendants are accused of engaging in the solicitation of hundreds of false and/or forged signatures on state ballot petitions and voter registration forms by allegedly offering homeless people $1 and/or cigarettes for their participation, prosecutors said. The alleged offenses occurred during the 2016 and 2018 election cycles.

Charged in the criminal complaint are:

Kirkland Kauzava Washington (dob 7/29/80); Harold Bennett (4/17/65); and Louis Thomas Wise (dob 8/4/82) who each face eight counts. The defendants face a maximum state prison sentence of six years and four months, if convicted as charged.

Also charged are Richard Howard (dob 1/12/56); Rose Makeda Sweeney (dob 12/11/75); Christopher Joseph Williams (dob 5/2/59); Jakara Fati Mardis (dob 5/17/83); Norman Hall (dob 11/1/57); and Nickey Demelvin Huntley (dob 9/2/74) who each face four counts. If convicted as charged, the defendants face a maximum sentence of four years and eight months in state prison.

Defendants Washington, Howard, Sweeney, Williams and Hall are expected to be arraigned today.

Prosecutors have recommended that bail be set at $25,000 for each defendant. The case remains under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department and the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office.

    Rensselaer County elections commissioner arrested

RENSSELAER COUNTY, New York (WWNY) - The FBI has arrested an Albany-area elections commissioner for allegedly committing election fraud.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, 42-year-old Jason Schofield is accused of unlawfully using the names and birth dates of voters to fraudulently apply for absentee ballots for elections held in Rensselaer County in 2021.

Schofield is the Republican elections commissioner for the Rensselaer County Board of Elections.

The indictment alleges that Schofield applied for absentee ballots in the names of people who had no interest in voting in 2021, did not request absentee ballots, or Schofield’s assistance in voting or obtaining absentee ballots.

The indictment says the people didn’t know that Schofield was using their personal information.

In some instances, the indictment alleges Schofield took and brought the absentee ballots issued to the voters and had them sign the absentee ballot envelopes without actually voting.

This allegedly allowed Schofield or another person to cast votes in these voters’ names in Rensselaer County’s 2021 primary and general elections.

Facing 12 felony counts of unlawful possession and use of a means of identification, Schofield was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
