We have yet another teachable moment. If the cops come to your house to "clear up some questions", politely tell them you (or your kids) are not making any statements. They can't force you to. If they say it will go easier on you, then you know they are out to get you. Why help them? They just want to hand the prosecutor a neat file. The prosecutor just wants to notch a win. Neither of them give a crap if you are innocent or guilty.
