We need to quit the screwing around and embrace a nuclear base for all domestic electrical power. Fast breeder and/or thorium cycle. We have had the technology since the 70's... We should have been at 90% of our domestic electric base load from the atom at the turn of the century. We should not be using any oil or natural gas for terrestrial electrical base load.
