More free money, up to $12,000

  1. Sure they do. It's anti business because it's *confiscatory* to take money *out* of the economy from those who earned it, and then by fiat to distribute it through a flawed and often corrupt system to those whom haven't through market terms *earned* the capital flow.

That's how it's anti business. For starters.

  2. But what if you invest in those businesses so that the one dollar that comes out of your pocket becomes 2 dollars coming back into your pocket from the investments in companies that will reap the windfall?

  3. Unless they give it directly to the individuals in terms of rebates or tax deductions, it will probably get siphoned off by the idiots at the local levels who don't know how to balance the budget. Oh, wait, that applies to the federal idiots as well.

Is that what BO meant when he recently mentioned the possibility of a double dip?

Do you really believe it works like that? Why not volunteer for the government to take $50,000 of your money, so that you get $100,000 back in your pocket then?

Or better yet, they should take $100,000 from every man, woman and child, and sprinkle it around the economy in a magical way that only the government can so they double it and can give us $200,000 back.

That is the single DUMBEST statement I've ever read on ET and that is saying a lot.
