  6. LOL! The usefully idiotic Democrats let the Medical Cartel write their ACA bill. Then they discover that it isn't what they were selling. We cannot keep our doctors, we cannot keep our plans, it's pricey shit that includes stuff we will never need, the first tier of medical care doesn't want to be bothered with it... so they blame states' rights...

    thanks...

for a long time I could not understand why those who became rich in our country would turn into leftists.
Without understanding their motivation I did see how their system fits together so nicely.

When you posited the idea that for some it was like getting in the lifeboat and pulling up the ladder... It really came together for me.

I see how Buffet and the Pimco guys all get marched out in to support the FED and the system. (and then I see how they make billions because of the FED. )

I understand from talking with Yahoo guys... that a third of googles revenues come from dumping data to the US govt. So I see why those guys are now lefties.

I saw how anti trust suits got dropped against microsoft and they back msnbc.

Wealth and govt are very tied together. (perhaps they always were.)

  9. oh, we can afford it, but there won't be much left over for anything else

medicare for all, cradle to grave

80/20 split just to keep someone honest

all paid for by the medicare tax

    adjusted every year

    100% flat

the machinery is all in place, no need for a rollout or implementation

To be honest with you, I'm not sure what the negative propaganda spin would be on that one, but I'm sure one side would come up with it if the other side passed it.

  10. the funny thing is, we already have Universal Healthcare. Nobody in USA goes without healthcare.

We just have kind of a roundabout way of doing it.

You get sick, they treat you, you declare medical bankruptcy, the hospitals absorb it and pass it on to the paying patients. If the paying patients have insurance, they pass it on to the insurance company, and the insurance company passes it back to the paying patients in the form of higher premiums.

    Compassionate capitalism at it's finest

beats the heck out of anything the government can come up with
