More British Bank Job Cuts.

  1. Not another crises, the same one. Stop feeding into propaganda.

    The first crisis never went away.

    No, the Banks are laying off because they can, not because they are in trouble.

    The Banking and Financial world grew at exponential rates from 01 to 07....huge glut of paper pushers and cubical monkeys.. They no longer need that extra staff.

    Banking world is consolidating as well and the "Middle Class" has no money to really invest or play with, hence less "work" for the cubical monkeys.

    Trading world is going through the same shake out. Day trading...DEAD...bucket shops have folded like match sticks under an elephant. Of course, on ET all "Traders" are making 6 plus figures. But out side Fantasy land in the real world, many retail traders have moved on to other ways of making money.

    So this is not a "New Crisis" , the old one never went away. However, the Crises has nothing to do with the layoffs persa. Companies are getting leaner in order to prepare for a long decade plus depression.
