MOO order NYSE or NASDAQ

If I am sending a MOO order on NYSE can i send it at the very last second. Is this the same thing for a NASDAQ order?

 

No. From 9:28 until the open you can only enter offsetting imbalance-only orders.

 

Well then is there any oder type that I can use to send an order on NYSE or NASDAQ that will allow me to send my owner at the very last second before the open and fill me at the opening price
