There are some securities pnnw with min volume and on a 1 min chart the intital bar for the day was 10.45am but the market open at 9.30am. Submitting a moo order would the moo order fill on 9.30am or 10.45am? Between 9.30am to 10.45am no orders are filled and no trading activities?
It's my understanding that you will get the best price offered at 9:30am even if it is $0.01. If there are no offers at all, your order will go unfilled until someone shows up to trade with you.
