Ok...put it in the slot where the tele modem was before..and it took. Computer recognizes 4 monitors all at proper resolution 2 analog and 2 digital. All four 19 inch LCDS ..Drivers are the same for both ATI cards. Problem Solved. Was it a broken pci slot or did I not snap it hard enough who knows. As for the tele card its going in to the draw where 56k modems belong. Thanks all for the help.
