Correct, Ergotron does make a setup that's a 4-wide contraption and essentially it's just two base stands, two upright poles and a giant set of crossbars that consists of two dual arms and a middle section. If you wanted to modify that you would need to just buy two arms directly from them and two longer upright poles.
