I have a 21 inch CRT monitor. Without warning, the top 3 inches and the bottom 3 inches of the screen went fuzzy or out of focus. I tried switching video cards but the problem is still there. Is there a simple fix for this or is the monitor bad?
if you have swapped out your video card and that did not clear up your problem, then your right, your monitor has prob. tanked out. I would suggest picking up a 17" flat panel for about 299.00-349.00. I run three 17" NEC Flats and they work great.
