I'm thinking there is a chance they wont go back to the old levels and spreads, even if confidence returns. the fed and treasury added a new piece of information to the market, 'we will let some players fail'. so the lenders now need to consider that and will ask for a premium, this could increase a chance of a cut at the next meeting
