after having most powerful money management the result of trading can be useless if there is a perfect practice session.
practice is important no way to deny , and demo is the best place for that even though by and large dont believe the importance of this trading place at all.
demo is good but sometimes we the traders need to trade in a micro account to acquire live trading knowledge and experience.
but i have seen when trading in a micro account traders use high leverage to bring good amount of profit very rapidly with zero risk management. at the end of the day they lost whole equity.
so many times money management works to fail , because the market is so uncertain and no one can predict the market with certainly.
for that reason you need to take a long time to build a perfect MM , otherwise any kind of approach can be useless.
Definitely agree! Managing risk, setting stop-loss levels, and using position sizing to limit loss is some of the pillars of a successful trade because trading is not just about focusing on how to make the most profit but how to protect the capital from losses.
