Monday pls come faster (a scalpers wish)

  1. Scalping is significantly different from intraday trading. That’s not a misprint. The two are not even close to being the same.

You don't seem to want to answer the question.
Face it, you are a gambler who can't wait for the casino to open to get his next fix. You won on Friday, on Monday you might not be so lucky. Net/net you will likely come out making or losing a little. You are probably too lazy to do the real work of valuing assets so you play the guess what happens next game. The emini's are a very efficient market, with many buyers and selling helping the market find value. Making money in the emini's is easy enough if you are able to predict the future. I don't know many people that can predict the future. People like Buffet prefer to buy assets that they see value in (that others might not) and don't pay too much attention in the unpredictable events of the future. You however, believe you are smart enough to predict the future. Let us know how it turns out.

Must be tough going over at Forex Factory, the opposition to come over, attempt to jam a broomstick through the spokes of the ET's wheels while at the same time go on a recruitment drive. LOL.

  4. Well said! If someone is making good money trading that stuff, one should definitely jump into options and maximize potential... But like you say, he's a gambler looking for a rush, not money or the mental challenge that comes with putting in the work. He is likely to have an addictive personality, if he can channel it somehow into the right things, it could work out for him eventually...

traders lose money because they are not honest....you can see it on ET ...they do not even have to be honest about who they are.

the good traders are not honest too with others ...but they are honest with themselves

Bc I’m posting about scalping now I’m a gambler, an addict, I lose money consistently bc u know me apparently, I’m lazy, and bc eminis are efficient I’m wasting my time.

You’ve added so much helpful info to this thread. If u can tell me more about myself, I’ll skip next weeks session with my therapist.

  9. LOL !! Forexfactory. You got to be kidding. Right?

FF just like any other place where supposed " traders" gather on the internet, is full of megalomaniacs with huge egos and tiny accounts and even smaller brains.

I lost count of how many scammers FF supported just to get traffic to the site.

Today with just 2 or 3 brokers supporting them, most of the posters there are ghost members ( meaning staff people posting) which have no idea about what trading means.

I still go there for fun once in a while but trust me. After 12 years I never ....NEVER..... found anything there which improved my trading.

  10. After trading equities for a living for 5 years I am still clueless about what scalping actually is or how people actually make money trading index futures. Hopefully I'll figure it one day.
