what do you folks thinks about a bull put spread of MON for apr 65-70. The stock hasn't dropped bellow 70 that many time in a few years. if it does go below 70 on expiration, plan is to sell another 65 70 spread for next month. I am not a pro, so would like some input folks who have done something similar. Thanks
1) The problem with a well-defined trading range is that it can stop behaving "predictably" by the time you have identified it and gained the confidence to "fade" the lower end of its range. 2) Do the trade. Maybe it will turn out okay.
