Moment-by-Moment (MbM) Trading strategy

Discussion in 'Strategy Building' started by rajesheck, Jul 4, 2017.

  1. Easy way to find the proportion between two consequent support/resistance.

Look for the adjacent lines that connects the two consequent support/resistance like a V or inverted V, like in the chart attached.

  2. Late entries are not advisable.

    1. Before that there is an event of valid entry for bullish reversal.
    2. So your mentioned signal for bullish trend is invalid

Infact the initial bullish reversal signal is still valid

  3. "ALWAYS HAVE THE BIG PICTURE IN MIND"
Don't over rule the previous signals unless there is a valid exit or emergency exit.

  4. You treat supports/resistances subtler then i thought.

  5. Good observation again :)

Stronger supports/resistances will have stronger reversal effect.

Relatively subtler support/resistance in combination with the 0.4% volatility is the real power in this strategy !

  6. Where is for you the boundary between a proportional and disproportional V shape? In both examples seems the short leg of the V approximately half the length of the long leg.

  7. Euro bullsih reversal.Does it qualify for the 'proportionate'(not subtler ones, but stronger ones) V turns?

  9. In the V shape the right wing is less than half of the left wing.

In the inverted V shape the right wing is more than half of the left wing.

I measured in pixels. Visually it seems like as you mentioned. :)

  10. Before that there is a valid entry for bullish trend.
("Subtler" is not in textbook and yet just for discussion. "Proportionate" is the executable rule)
