no heart change. More like data change perhaps

Anyone following up with this? Anyone funded? Anyone working with the guy? What's the latest?

I haven't seen any change in data. So far, he has done pretty much everything he said he would, though most things have taken longer than he said.

Doug has a conference call tentatively set for Wednesday, 12:15.

    Will do. . .

I didn't say things seem o.k. I have not seen any evidence of scam. My guess is that Doug intends to do just what he has been saying. But I have also not seen any evidence that Doug knows what he is doing (i.e. recruiting and funding traders). I suspect he is making the plan up as he goes.

  6. One important issue: GET SPECIFICS.
    1) how much capital per trader
    2) what is the cut for the trader ?
    3) what is the performance criteria that will end the relationship (down 20%, down 50%, etc, etc)
    4) any monthly costs to be incurred for the trader ?
    5) software trading platform ?
    6) restrictions on amount at risk per trade ?

    Did I miss anything ?
Heck, I just helped him build his business trading plan !

    3 more days Doug.

The problem is, if he was a normal guy really looking to do what he says he is, there's noooo way he would have this fancy schmancy marketing email stuff that times the responses at certain intervals past when you sign up you get various form letters. This is a professional marketer of something.

Doing what he really says he would have a hotmail email or equivalent, would personally be responding to people and would still be here fielding questions, meeting surf for a beer, etc.

The part I can't figure out is how he says he wants to show someone the ropes in a way, but only wants successful traders who send in their trading strategies and results. Only a newbie would truly be interested in trading someone's $1 mil for a cut, any successful traders are already moving around a ton more cash than that with $50K up at a prop firm and keeping the whole thing.

Unless this is some Joe Schmuck that is just fishing for trading ideas by having people send in their strategies to him, I still say at some point every respondant is going to be solicited for money, just wish he'd get to it already so we can see what the end game is.

  9. Why would any and all the (few) successful traders here - that could capitalize on help with a larger account to trade. . .compete with such an inane process.

He is only going to pick one, I suspect.

I could really use help, but I am sure I will soon have other options and can avoid this mess.

Conference call? Ha! We shall see how much further in the process this will get.p$
