I'm not in the US, we have enough problems with Brown and Darling, but is that the general concensus in the US? I thought Obama was going to shake things up a bit (we were kind of relying on it seeing as our government needs to grow a pair!), has he lost your faith already?
Firstly, why do I like trading ... because there is a purity to it ... everything rests on your shoulders, although they tell me a good Broker and a Consistent Trader help each other. But that is only heresay, so don't quote me. If a stranger comes to me with a business proposal, the only thing I am interested in initially is .... who they are as a person. If they cannot sit down and offer a concise and comfortable resume of their life to the point where my senses are relaxed (but by no means committed) then they never get to the point of making a pitch. It has to be the substantiated person first and then the pitch. The concept of "what do I have to lose by looking" never enters my head. The world is fall of bright ideas looking for a place to happen and delivered by a messenger. Therefore YOU are always in control because you must always be the one to say NO....not the messenger. The messenger might claim a twenty year old RR or he might turn up at Pebble Beach Golf Club in a Lambo. Nothing changes. He/she is always the messenger and you are always the person who says no, and "what can I lose by looking" is always stupid. You lose control, that is what you lose. And control is almost everything. Control and knowledge .... perfect companions. Don't leave home without them. regards f9
He was arrested for operating a video camera while driving. Hasn't made bail yet. The Rolls is in the impound hanger on Westside Hwy at 38th. Doug is sharing a cell at Rikers with my man Tony Younge.
I think he went to the south of france, or was it belize, or was it new orleans - no that was last week.
