And in trading the contrary applies, I don't need or want anyone's approval, in fact quite the opposite. Doug, bless him, stepped into quicksand when he wandered into ET on his mission. It's not really his fault, there's no warning on the door.
History of ET, there has been a succesful trader recruitment effort here, that i am aware of---- HOWEVER-- it was for execution traders who traded a computerized options arb pick it program---no discretion or choice allowed with tight tight tignt risk management and a 50% profit split. Several have tried to find traders with edge here, out of 100's thru these experimental programs---- none NONE survived the cut--- AND this is after screening the wannabees out--- regardless of claimed edge, profitable statements, and lots of positive words... surf
No surprise that Doug is only collecting dummies. Bear in mind too that Doug doesn't know shit from shit and it shows. LOLs though.
While I doubt allen motives. He is just way too slick to be 100% wat he claims. The potential existts he may find a hot trader on elite. It's slim but possible
Doggone, Doug's Gone! Mind you we've had a second email. Nothing about funds or trading, just about training with Patty. What a surprise!
Well, I turn my back for a minute and this thread goes south. It was once one of the best laughs in town and now it has gone from rooster to feather duster. Can someone put out an APB on doug, dug, por favor. regards f9
Everyone who responded has been handled the same: processed thru a staged autoresponder email pitch. First one was the personal "why" motive behind this offer. Second was an update noting the group would be contacted soon, meanwhile here's the coaching info for those interested. So far the standard email marketing approach... no firm date on when traders would be selected, paperwork completion targeted, funds available, managed money details etc. Other than the prestaged emailer campaign, nothing but crickets chirping in the background for now.
