MJ, the greatest ever....

  1. They were seeded lower, beat them on their home court and did it in SIX not seven games...against the "MVP" as he has been touted all year....yes , I think it is an accomplishment...and I think KG needs to get out of Minnesota

  2. Am i the only one who noticed that the " ALL STAR " center form the east ( or Least) did not score a point in the crucial game six???? TKO....weren't you saying that players today are soo much better? Brad Miller probably could not even make the Celtics and pistons teams in the east in the 80's....he's be a inactive/injured reserve guy

  3. Brad Miller's collapse was a symptom of a larger disease. Reggie did too. Heck, the whole team has sucked since the All-Star break with the lone exception of O'Neal.

They looked amazing for the first half of the season. Harrington was having 40-point games, for chrissakes! What the hell happened? Can't blame everything on Artest, either.

    Bad, bad coaching.

  4. Artest was a distraction and certainly cost them at least 5 -7 games....also, because of his stupid ass "tugh guy routine" and constantly getting flagrant fouls to prove his manhood, he was at the point where 1) Every foul was deemed hard or possibly flagrant and 2) every flagrant meant another 1 game suspension

It affected his defense and thus the rest of the team.. Reggie is 137 years old so you can;t fault him for not showing in his last dance

  5. may have cost them a few games, but overall he helped more than he distracted.

People hate him, but most players are always saying that they'd love to have him on their teams. He's one of those guys you despise unless he's on your side.

  6. Just like Rodman....But at a certain point it hurts you because everytime somebody else on your team gives a hard foul it's deemed a tech

Your personal distaste for the lakers is peeking through. Almost as much as Optional hates Kobe. What is it with you guys in just not accepting facts:

*Did Kobe not take over the 4th quarter last night? Yes or fucking no

*Have the Lakers not won 3 titles in a row. Yes or fucking no

*Did Kobe not have one of the most monster dunks in all of NBA history the other night? Yes or fucking no

*Just imagine for a minute the NBA with no refs. Do you think ANY team could stop the lakers? Yes or fucking no?

Look, refs will always make questionable calls. But to say that they had their hand in the Lakers (or any other high caliber team) dominance is just plain silly... and weak.

  8. Stackhouse, what a useless piece of crap. I knew he wasn't giving 100% all the time. That team quit on Jordan, Collins, the owners, the fans....sickening.

    From the Washington Post:

Jerry Stackhouse recently told the Washington Post: "Without Michael, we could be just as good of a team. I look forward to that challenge and I know other guys in this locker room, even though they may not say it, are looking forward to that challenge, too."

  9. Look at the stats from the Kings game against Dallas tonight:

They shot .550 from the field, .429 on 3 pointers, .818 from the line, and a great assist to turnover ratio---31 assists to 11 turnovers. 6 players in double figures and 11 steals. Very balanced performance.

And all of that after having been on a layoff waiting for the second round.

Kings could sweep Dallas easily if they have a killer instinct.

Whoa........ Did I get your panties up in a bunch? yes or fucking no.....

I agree they are a great team, but in the past ( last years western conference playoff game numero 7 ), there where many bad calls by the ref's going the Laker's way.....as for the argument of wether who's the best Kobe or Michael,,,what can I say most would agree Michael to be the best, understandably so......peace
