I'm just going to be open here, I seen to look at porn while I'm trading during the day, I'm watching the screen looking and my charts being a day trader, yet I have this need to look at porn also, The problem is it gets out of control some times I start to look at more and more porn and I lose focus on my trading. maybe I have a sex addiction problem go ahead my fun of me, you guys here are really the only ones who may understand this problem I'm hoping Eddie

You're just trying to avoid the stress & pain by changing your focus to something else that relaxes you and gives you pleasure. I don't think it's a problem unless you start paying more attention to the porn than to your trading (i.e. watching porn while you're holding open positions).
porn will cloud your judgement, you might be a good trader but you will never become a master trader, every tick and second counts, the crucial points where everything points out to going straight downhill, and where the market makers decide to trow in a 10k positive volume spike to start a huge rally, you would notice them if you where focussed 100% on your platform rather than 60% platform 40% porn
Your best hope might be to trade from a shared office, atleast one where viewing porn will not be acceptable. If you are a very orgainised home based trader you could allocate time throughout your day to indulge in your hobbies. But my guess is that you probably arent very organised.
