Why when the private equity company is taking the(leverage/debt) to buy control of companies, they have no real big money of from thier own pocket in the game? Who is the bank that lend the money to them? Where is this LBO loan on the bank books go to? Do the banks sell this risk to other people? Who pay when the LBO go bankrupt?
