Mitsubishi 18" LCDs $469

saw these factory recertified 18" LCDs for $469 direct from NEC-Mitsubishi

Specs for brightness and contrast aren't all that hot (200 & 350:1). Coupled with only a 1 year warranty.... looks like a half-lousy deal at best.

 

Does recertified mean that they have been refurbished?

 

Thanks for the link. Looks like you may be able to check em out at Best Buy. Plus they're offering a $50 rebate if you buy them there.

Street price is ~$750-$850 so that site sounds like a good deal if they look nice and the specs check out. I'm not familiar with them.
