1) If you have kids or spouse..schedule lunch with them. 2) If you have friends or relatives that live nearby...schedule lunch with them...someone different each day or every other day. 3) Join a group or club that meets only during lunch (e.g. walking club). If there are any of interest...create you own but the key is to be involved in one when you should be typically on a break from trading (e.g. lunch). 4) When you're not in a trade during the trading day or you're just monitoring an open position...call a friend or relative that's home just to say a quick hello and ask them how's their day. 5) Schedule appointments (e.g. dentist, massage therapist or whatever) during your down time when you typically aren't trading. For example, I'm typically not trading between 12noon - 2pm est on most trading days. That's when I prefer to schedule my appoints. The key is to have in person interaction and movement (away from your trading desk). Therefore, having phone conversations or online interactions won't do it for most of the "lonely types" because usually the "lonely types" need in person interaction with others. Best situation I ever had was when I was young in my trading career...I had a horny girlfriend that was home during the day (when I was trading) and she worked the night shift. She was nice to have around during the trading day when things got boring in trading. Yeah, I missed a few good trades but overall...perfect situation.
No dear, if American, exponentialize that, then square it, then "e" to the power it and you'd still be nowhere near "where most American women are like that" If not American, but western, YAWN, the former is the boss, the latter the student If from Africa, Asia or Latin America or Hawaii, I apologize in advance - have a nice day http://carolynsays.com/articles/why-women-nag-and-men-put-up-with-it.htm
