  1. thanks im contemplating this.. the problem is that i dont have 5-10k pay for drawn out legal dispute.

when i was in front of the judge fumbling to explain how i have a CA drivers license, moved from boston in august, been traveling back and forth between NYC since the fall, and this happened in Florida.. a lady came up and said that my "bail will be set high since im out of town"... she literally said "just say no contest and you'll be released today"

in retro spec it would have been nice to say "let the record show that a court clerk has instructed me to plead no contest" im pretty sure that violation of some protocol...legal grounds to have this thrown out???

You miss a day of work and don't call in. Your reputation at work is such that a coworker is smart enough to call the county lock-up in Florida to see if you are there?

Holy moly. You've got some serious issues.

What a bad coworker! If he is at your side he would provide you the link where the search obtained instead of doing trick. Try to contact other good coworker to find out if the story he told was true.

Seriously though, were you the one who posted the porn channel in the hotel room joke? I got several laughs at the bar last night from that one, good show.

  8. actually no.. my reputation at work and my true character is that I am an articulate sophisticated career oriented professional and very "straight". My team does CDS accounting...

when I spoke with my manager she said they were worried and that is was unlike me to call. I typically follow procedures by the book and that includes employee conduct.
