So far all these scientists have are hypothesis. Not to mention that correlation does not imply causation.
I use to GO< GO< GO till one day I felt so tired, got fitted for CPAP breathing machine for sleep apnea. Then they found I have chronic Sarcoidsis, which gives chronic fatigue along with other problems, I can get 8 of sold sleep with sleeping pill and feel exhausted when I wake up. I drink 3-4 gallons of coffee a day so I can stay awake, so I may be risking diabetics but when I drive my tractor trailer to go pick up hay for someone, and I need a nap and you and your family in the family car next to me going 65mph, what is best? Thank goodness medicine now says coffee not bad for you. Best I need that twenty minute nap, most sleep I ever have gotten in my life normally is five hours. Isn't that the area at Disneyworld where the Gators are, Is that them in the water seeing lunch take a nap?
