You falsely attempting to equate choice of sex partner with religion.

I have zero problems with gay civil union - so your entire premise is full of shit - probably packed.

I have no clue as to how you could be so lacking in logic.

Show me how California Gay Marriage would be superior to California Civil Union and you might have a reason for the premise you stated. Are you just another liberal dope who has no respect for truth and accuracy?

  3. He dropped the ball alright, as did others, but that's not the logic. The logic is, what's good for the left is now good for the right. If whatever happened on the Bush watch was on him, then anything that's happening after 1/20/09 is on the new guy, and all things leading to current events are completely irrelevant. Crazy logic for sure, but logic born in the camp of the radical left.

Actually being attorney - I have spent time setting up trusts.

If you spent a minute researching your claims you would know there are great books on the subject in books stores and the library.

Or you might even try legalzoom and do about 20 minutes of research.

  5. There is nothing false in the equation. Both are belief systems, creeds...

From a legal and secular perspective, marriage has nothing to do with religion as there is no check on any religion when someone gets a marriage license and gets married.

The ban against marriage is discriminatory on the basis of gender and sexual preference, therefore the ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional...

I hope you are still alive when gay marriage becomes legal in America for everyone, just like abortion became legal, as we place the freedom of choice above the religious fanatics who don't want really and genuinely want a secular state...

finally landis - you are the spineless loser who will not provide any support for you claim.

    don't try and blame me.

finally, while I no longer trade for a living.

I am more than satisfied with how much I took from the market while I traded full time. I only gave a bout 20% of my average years profit back before I quit trading full time.

When you are done trading full time - you will skilled or lucky to say the same.

I am also making more now than when I was trading and I am not taking the risks I used to take.

  7. I wonder, do you actually believe your own lies?

Blame didn't begin with the radical left or right.

Such nonsense. Partisan politics of blame began a long time ago.

What we didn't see from Bush Cheney was taking responsibility for what happens.

There is a difference between blame and taking responsibility.

"The Buck Stops Here" is not blaming, it is taking responsibility.

No matter how much Bush Cheney didn't want to take responsibility for what happened on their watch, the people took responsibility for changing the guard beginning in the 2006 elections.

If Obama does not do a good job in his responsibility, then the dems will suffer in 2010 and 2012...

So far, according to the major polls, Obama is doing just fine by the people of America...

...and the republicans are acting like idiots with putting people like Rush Limbaugh, Michael Steele, Joe the Plumber, Sarah Palin, etc. as the leaders of their party...

  10. I suspect he is having another senior moment and thinks he is back in moot court...

...as his opinions are mostly moot anyway...
