Misc. Fees IB vs MB:

I believe that you can't margin t-bills at IB.
Is this possible at MB?

 

for $1 million and above we can manually do t-bills.

 

Yes, I agree. Some brokers give the Level II out free if you trade enough. I was just curious if IB did the same.
