Except the claims are pure bullshiat -- as noted many times previously. Unfounded claim of election fraud in Lancaster promoted by Trump https://lancasteronline.com/news/po...cle_21bdb3ce-3504-11eb-847c-cba782c04964.html Claims of a ‘massive transfer’ of fraudulent election ballots are false https://www.politifact.com/factchec...-massive-transfer-fraudulent-election-ballot/
And the Dems are saying Trump is a "threat to democracy"??? Who's violating the 1st amendment with censorship on social media? Dems. Who's wants to take away our guns (2nd amendment)? Dems. Who doesn't want to export illegal immigrant criminals? Dems. Who doesn't want to stop the invasion of our country by ILLEGALS? Dems. Who wants illegals to vote? Dems. Who is actively IMPORTING ILLEGALS (by plane)? Dems.
The DOJ is simply enforcing the law which has been in place for decades. States cannot purge people from the voting rolls within 90 days of an election. This law was put into place to avoid politicians purging voters from the rolls to gain a competitive advantage over other parties in an election by stripping particular voters from the rolls under poor pretences and not allowing sufficient time for these voters to challenge and demonstrate they should be left of the voting rolls in their district. Alabama had many months to properly purge voters from the rolls in a manner aligned with federal law. The state's Republican top election official is trying to do it at the last moment to obtain a competitive advantage -- this has nothing to do with "stopping illegals from voting" which is nothing more than flimsy fabrication of an excuse to perform an illegal purge. DOJ sues Alabama, state's top election official for allegedly purging voters too close to election The law prohibits the removal of voters within 90 days of a federal election. https://abcnews.go.com/US/doj-sues-...l-allegedly-purging-voters/story?id=114317068
