Hello Genejef- I'm writing here because I still do not have my 30 posts that will allow me to rate Mirrus. Your recent post about them not responding is totally contrary to my experience. I was also considering opening an account and had several questions. They got back to me via email virtually immediately (within 16 hours) and this was over the July 4 Holiday. They have continued to demonstrate nothing but excellent responsiveness - during the account open phase and beyond
