Well, after an entire day my opponent has yet to point out one single positive, observable, desirable effect of "diversity", not one. That is because, of course, diversity is not a source of strength, nor is it a benefit. If diversity were a strength, people would practise it spontaneously. It would not require ââ¬Ëdiversity managementââ¬â¢ or anti-discrimination laws, or the 8 billion dollars per year spent on 'diversity training'. Nor would it require constant reminders of how wonderful it is. For whites to celebrate diversity is to celebrate their own declining numbers and influence, and the transformation of the society they built.
It's just a load of crap that harms the country and the economy. As President Obama weighs a sweeping new Executive Order that would establish a coordinated âgovernment-wide effort to promote diversity and inclusionâ throughout the federal workforce, the DoddâFrank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 has already formalized diversity efforts within the financial regulatory sector. http://www.ere.net/2011/03/21/big-government-sets-diversity-benchmark-for-big-business/
As of 2010 it would appear that it's actually 10 bil. I guess some stimulus money went into that? But yeah, racial pandering and white guilt are huge industries now... This merely raises the question. If diversity is such a benefit, why does it require billions of dollars of "training" (brainwashing), for people to cope with it? If you're interested, author Jared Taylor examines this issue, and many issues relevant to American white people in his new book "White Identity". You should read it if you're interested. He's not some neo nazi, extremist, or KKK freak. He's a Yale educated, world traveled southerner, who's actually an ex liberal, so it's not some hate manual. http://www.amazon.com/White-Identity-Racial-Consciousness-Century/dp/0965638391
Would a African American perspective help me scout stocks? I think there are many industries that diversity has zero advantages. Oth, If wanted to sell pizza's to a Chinaman, I would hire a Chinaman, for marketing purposes. Now if the Fed says I need to make him a manager, I'd have a problem with that (unless his name was Luigi).
Diversity allows one to come in contact with better looking women, so I pointed out one benefit of diversity that can only be disagreed with if you a racist. So not only have I proved diversity to be a good, we are able to identify the racists on this thread if any of them dare to disagree with this post.
So... if one has a preference for white aesthetics, and thinks white women are more attractive, then they are racist? Obviously from your post, it can be deduced that you believe white women to be less attractive than women of other races. I'm sure you intend to explain how, by your own doctrine, that's not racist... So, by your own standards, it would appear that you've outed yourself as a racist.
Yes, I agree with you that I believe anyone who thinks white women are more attractive than other women are racist, and that you are a racist.
