353,4 is equal to 353 4/8. Therefore open to close is 18 ticks. Or 18 x $12.50 in cash. Hope this will help.

 

Just for clarification, contract trades in quarters, so .2 is 1/4, .4 is 1/2 and .6 is 3/4.
