  1. Soft drinks are bad on so many levels.

  2. But so delicious in a warm climate. :) Moving to this part of the world did put me over the limit, in the UK or Ireland etc. I drank relatively little.

  3. The problem is that the sugar keeps you wanting more. It's never quite enough until you're bloated. Besides, nothing beats ice water for thirst.

  4. Haha, I actually have a 3L bottle of 7-Up in the fridge and next to it another 3L full of water. The fridge has water cooling of course but sometimes my mind is tricked ;)

My kind of trading requires a lot of energy, literally my brain burns energy at a higher rate. I get starving for fatty food and sugar. However I need to change the trading or change the source of energy, time and some tweaking.

Have you tried diet cola or diet pepsi ?
Tastes the same but zero sugar. I have a glass a day with a splash of wine to spice it up. Delicious.

  6. Worse than full fat my research indicated. I get a headache from most diet drinks, they are one of the things that set my internal alarm bells going about drinking poison. :)

    However everything in moderation etc.

  7. You already know that you should avoid anything other than naturally occurring sugar. Sugar has been thoroughly and properly exposed for the evil shit that it is. It speeds up the aging process, screws with your mitochondria and telomere length, and increases your risk of all manner of disease. But you should be particularly careful about combining sugar and fat:

  8. Being tall has advantages however one needs to be frustratingly calm or people panic. Always reacting calmly is a good leadership skill but tedious at times. That goodness for ET ;)

Unsweetened ice tea is great. With lemon. For thirst that is.
