Algos and programers take over. The battle has come down to speed. I remeber a post long time ago about a firm in Toronto that had some wicked skull cap set up. CNBC tried to get in and they would not let them. As long as someone has their finger on the kill switch it will be fine. Fund Managers have long outlived thier usfullness in the trading world. There are a couple of superstars but the rest make excuesses with they can't beat the index. So much for stopping the HFT wave.
