Anecdotal evidence coming backed up with google search:

Last night I was still up at midnight because I took a late afternoon nap, and wasn't very sleepy. Somehow I got the idea of drinking a half cup milk with honey in it. I think I had a little cough, that gave me the idea. I warmed the drink up a little, using whole milk. No fancy, neutered milk for me.

Boy, did I sleep well! Generally I am not a very good sleeper and I wake or get up 1-2 times a night. Not last night and I was refreshed in the morning. After a quick search I found out that milk and honey, although good for you separately, but together they have some extra benefits:

In short, it makes you younger, your dick grows 40% overnight and there will be extra money under your pillow if you drink it just before going to bed. I dare you to try it out!!!

Joking aside, it has antibacterial, anti-aging properties, prevents insomnia, boosts stamina, aids digestion. Skin care and bone health too!

Here is a 2000 year old evidence:

"Jerusalem is referred as ‘the land of milk and honey’ in an old testament. The benefits of honey and milk on the human body are so enormous that the phrase “land of milk and honey,” meaning “a place which has plenty” is rightly used."

For really stupid people, here is a 6 steps guide how to make honey with milk:

"People have used warm milk and honey for centuries to help them sleep. How this drink encourages sleep is not fully understood, and there is little scientific evidence to support milk and honey's use as a sleep aid. Regardless, those who find that warm milk and honey helps them sleep may be reacting to the comfort of a drink they enjoyed as a child, the relaxation of sitting quietly before heading to bed, or the amino acid L-tryotophan, which encourages sleep and is present in milk.
