Milk is bad for humans

Look at the high school populations in farm-towns. The kids are all huge. Germs in the soil that are not ubiquitous in urban populations, and (farmers) likely have optimal immune systems which beget longevity.

 

I wish there was lactose-free milk when I was a kid.

 

You ultra guys are nutz but I respect you anyway. Years ago was considering training for the Western States 100 but my knees said "Screw you pal, count us out."
