It has the fat taken out. When I buy chicken, I buy the breast meat without the (surface) fat. Doesn't make it all that processed, does it?
The hierarchy is as follows: Whole fat milk>semi skimmed>skimmed>milk powder>milk protein concentrate>whey protein powder.
Growth hormones and antibiotics are not allowed in Canada for milk production. In any case, you don’t have to go to Mongolia for your low-hormone milk, you can just drink skim milk.
People all around the World are trying to get enough protein/cals they consume whatever is abundantly available at hand, doesn't mean it's good for them. Base my nutrition on SCIENCE. I could care less whether Eskimos eat 10lbs blubber/day, and still manage to live a fairly long.
You said you are mongolian who drink cows milk. Which is very differant from your normal fermented horse milk.
