I tried skim milk, soy, and almond. I like almond, coconut milk combo the best, especially in cereal and tea. Tasty Don't miss cows milk at all.
I don't know what those other "milks" have. I'm guessing that skim milk has a better nutritional profile. I never drink it alone, though. I make a milkshake of it by adding ground flax seed, oat bran, wheat bran, wheat germ and unsweetened baking cocoa. I let it sit for a day in the fridge so that the ingredients get properly saturated. I have two of those milkshakes a day and look forward to each one.
