i really wish you 2 stick to your high saturated fat diets. Keep on eating your pound of butter. But you shouldn't promote it for others just because you all read it on the web.
Eating your food slowly , chewing it completely and digesting it with love and in a state of calm is much more important than what you eat. Maybe? No?
If you really believe in that, chew a stick of butter slowly, then wash it down with a cup heavy cream, as implied by a few on here. No matter how you interpret your community college nutrition course, no way i would follow your diet.
