Do humans need diary? http://theconversation.com/do-humans-need-dairy-heres-the-science-70434 " the bottom line is we probably don’t need dairy in our diets – as adults – but milk and dairy foods are convenient and good value and provide lots of essential nutrients which are trickier to source from other foods. Where milk drinking is the cultural norm we have adapted to tolerate it very well and it can be very nutritious." Got Milk? Is milk healthy? https://www.health.com/food/should-you-be-drinking-milk "In the end, drinking three or more glasses of milk per day was associated with a higher incidence of hip fracture for women (but not men) and an increased risk of death from any cause (for both men and women), compared to those who had less than one glass per day."
Milk is NOT good for you. There have been scientific studies showing the link between osteo arthritis and milk consumption. That crap actually leaches calcium from your bones. The dairy industry has done a brilliant brainwash job upon the idiot sheeple over many decades. Plus it's also a likely culprit in various autoimmune disorders.
Yeah, when there is WAY more production than demand, and when the government subsidizes all the big factory dairy farmers and the government buys millions of tons of cheese and butter and milk solids every year to prop up the market... Been that way for decades now.
Plant-based = crap. Those lab-made meats are full of garbage like industrial seed oils. People don't seem to get that plants don't want to be eaten and have natural defenses like lectins, gluten, oxalates and anti-nutrients that wreak havoc on people's health.
Whenever I'm out 'n' about, all I see is oldies eating icecream, seems that's their favorite pastime.
Your post is suspiciously lacking in links to these studies. Ah yes, I've heard stories from people from the midwest that farmers are literally paid not to farm. Most of them just live off of subsidy. I don't know how true this is personally, but your story seems to agree with it.
