Barack Obama served three terms in the Illinois Senate from 1997 to 2004, when he was elected to the United States Senate. So a bit more than just a community organiser. He was also a professor (non-tenured though he was offered it) of constitutional law at UC Law for around 12 years. Bloomberg has plenty of experience to be president, still prefer Warren.
