Why not show the forward runs, instead of the backtested runs?

 

I have been trading a variation of this since about February. The trades shown below are not all the trades as some were made in desktops that are no longer active. I just recently loosened up my parameters which will result in more trades.



This is a trade I am currently in. Stop is at 3504.25. Limit is shown on the screen 3572.50.

 

Ahh, I see. You are not buying the close, selling the open. You are simply trading the overnight session like any other timeframe of the day. I am not going to ask why in the hell you would trade 12 MES rather than 1 ES, because that is your own business about the advantages you might be getting from that strategy.

Lord knows, if anyone knows your secret, it might go away forever!

 

Sort of, under certain conditions. Stop and profit are based on a factor of the daily ATR.

 

Soon as you you think, its not working, boom...enough overnight gains in 2 days eclipse any down days. You have to stick with it people.

The Sunday night open at 5:00pm CST is a gap up n the open. At least 87% of the time. Can't beat them odds folks.

 

I expect NQ to gap up 40 points on the Sunday open.

 

Close very close. After 20 years of watching these opens you kind of know what might happen.
