Still to this day it's working, this is just to easy. Zero risk here it seems.

 

Just buy the US cash close turn off you computer, wake up and smell the profits.

 

This is the way to make money. I'm going to revive this thread to prove how easy it is to make money while you sleep.

 

Why would anyone trade during the cash session, that’s so much stress. Come on over to the overnight no risk drift higher. Works like a charm.

Starting Tuesday, I will post the overnight strategy here once again. So don't believe all the dopes who tell you to close out all positions at the end of the day. These guys work for brokers who want you to trade more so they can earn commissions.

Yeah, it does work well. I have a chart on the difference between the ES during the day charted against the ES at night. I will have to post it.

Are you buying just the ES or the YM? I remember you doing the YM back in the day for night trading. (or was that someone else?)

I can't remember where this is originally from and it is not up to date. But this is still the formula. And that was during a down market mostly.

It matters not, YM,NQ,ES. The Nasdaq mini is showingthe most strength.

But to answer your question yes it was YM. Margins for that contract are so high now, ES or NQ works for me.

 

I love how all the gurus have the new trades trained to exit and be flat as cash close.

Only pros will hold overnight to make the easy money. Let the squinty eyed day trader slug it out during the day, racking up commissions. Go to the ES Journal and watch them trade in and out all day long for crumbs.

 

Yeah I know they all go up at night. I know someone that does it for the ER2. But it does not matter. I was trying to remember ur YM night strategy. It was pretty straight forward and obviously u did well enough to still be trading...lol


I trade fixed income. But the night strategy is something that I employ from time to time. I have been long stocks for the whole rally and now will probably start deploying the night buyer strategy.

Do you still look to buy at a certain time in the evening? Or was it earlier (like 3:00 pm eastern time)?

I like buying into the close at the classic 3:00 eastern rally and hold it. Seems to be profitable although way into 6:00 am eastern (most of the time).
