Well, I put IE8 on my XP machine and it told me to upgrade my Goodle toolbar, so I did that, then my google documents froze up and I got the error reporting window so I had to go back to IE7, some things just aren't ready for prime time yet.
That's kind of a "xx billion flys eat xxxx" argument. If you looked at non-MCSE power users I think you'd get a very different statistic. I downloaded ie8 yesterday to check it (and have since reimaged the machine) and it still doesn't have anything close to as good as adblock plus --- does MS like adverts or something? So, as gnome said, I keep IE7 as my backup browser.
