Hi, Just got a new computer which has Microsoft Outlook installed on it. When I open it it asks for the 25 digit serial number - which I don't have. It says I can only open it 25 times without the number. Anyone know how I can get around this? I don't have a serial number generator program..... Thanks
Most new machines have a 60 day Microsoft Office FREE Trial installed, the key is retrievable online by clicking on the icon on the desktop.
Call whomever sold you that computer and ask them. If you paid for Outlook then they have to give you a key.
